I'm wondering if anyone has been to the Grand Duke's in Chicago? It's a great Lithuanian Restaurant. I have been thinking of developing one here in Dallas. Do we have enough support from our Lithuanian Community to have a Lithuaninan based restaurant?

That's awesome idea. Its not much Lithuanians here, but I think locals would check it out definitely. As all we know Americans are curios about different food and cultures.
